About Manohar Lal Khattar

Manohar Lal Khattar is a seasoned Indian politician and member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He served as the Chief Minister of Haryana from October 2014 to October 2024, making him the first BJP Chief Minister in the state and the first non-Jat leader to hold this position in almost two decades. Born on May 5, 1954, in Nindana village, Rohtak district, Haryana, Khattar comes from a humble farming background.
